Okie.. Today after work... Suppose to go to the imigration gao dim my stuffs.. Then Fang and Vicki said the not so professional imigration staff said no need... Will kill her if I can't come back into Australia with my student visa... =.="

Then.. After lunch.. Fang said wanted to go and look for camera.. Well.. I have been craving for one for a long time too... But I wanna get a nice decent one with good optical zoom.. ^^ Expensive larr!

However, I went to Duty Free Shop... There was this camera on sale... But because I was looking at too many cameras before coming into that shop... I forgotten how it looked like after I came home.. =.=" So mao litz.. Forgotten to look at the model number also.. I put it on hold as they only have one last black one left....

The one above is the Canon SX100...

This beauty is the Canon SX110...

Well.. I have no idea which one I put on hold... But I would hope its the 110 one... If its so... It would be really worthy... Cause on Canon website its AUD399.. The 100 one is AUD299.. And the one I put on hold in the Duty Free Shop is AUD298 including 2gb memory stick and a bag... So all these would worth less than MYR1000 ler!! One thing not good about them... Use AA battery... Die la... =.=" Sigh... Why I don't have a photographic mind... =( Memory too lousy... =.="

That day went Sunnybank.. Suddenly feel like eating steamboat... So went to buy steamboat ingredients... Haha~ No...... Oyster is not for steamboat... Just saw its cheap and feel like eating em when we saw them......

The last time I had short hair was like..... Primary school? One time mom forced me to go cut short...... Like tomboy... Was crying when kena force tu.. Hehe~

Homemade Chocoball

Me and Vicki bought this chocolate from the supermarket.. Kinda like Toblerone... But too sweet for us..
So when I was in front of my computer don't remember doing what.. Vicki made this chocolate... Fudge? No.. Dunno what to call it... Kinda like Chocolate Delight.. K lar.. Call it chocolate delight... Dame nice.. Vicki said its for the Chinese Valentines day which was a day ago.. Then we ate them while watching Olympic opening... Haha~ Yes.. This happened last month... After eating them.. Realised its dame nice and I have a whole packet left.. So asked Vicki to teach me how to make them... Since I was going to Ekka with Xiao Yun and Shaun after work the next day...

Ingredients:
Chocolate.. Preferably those type so it would be chewy..
Pure Cream
Rum (I love rum so added that and it taste nicer than Vicki's non-rum ones.. Haha~)
Butter
Chocolate powder

Firstly, heat the 2 pans.. 1 with water and 1 without.. The one without water should be smaller that the one with water.. After pan without water heated up, take it off the fire and put in the chocolates and some chocolate powder..
Then put that pan on top on the one with water.. Like the photo below.. MAKE SURE THE WATER WONT GET INTO YOUR CHOCOLATES!! And DO NOT boil chocolate without having water below unless you wanna burn your kitchen.. =p
Then put a tablespoon of butter into the melted chocolate
Next, put in my favourite flavouring essence... Rum... Just put a bit is good enough.. Maybe half tablespoon? ^^
Then.. Put in some pure cream.. Follow your feeling while you pour it.. But dont pour too much lar~ Haha~ Bit by bit is the safest..
Then stir the mixture until the whole thing wont look like biji biji of sh*ts... But looked like liquid sh*t... Not too liquid 0o! ^^" Okie.. Shouldn't make it sound so awful..
Line a piece of baking paper on your baking tray.. Preferably squared.. Then pour the mixture onto the baking paper..
The whole later shudn't be too thick... Just thin layer will be nice.. ^^ Then put it into the fridge until it hardens.. Not freezer ya.... Be patient...
Once it harden.. Take it out from the fridge.. Sprinkle lots of chocolate powder on top of it.... And start shakin~ Yeap... Shaking.... Shake the tray and your body if you wanna have some exercise.. Make sure the bottom part also filled with the powder... Then, make it into desired shapes.. Cut them into square and make sure your cut pieces are also powdered with powder.. You wanna make it into balls? Just do it like how you play with playing dough when you were kids.. Roll them in your palms, then powder them with the powder...
Tadaaa~ Your own homemade chocolate delight~ Nice valentines gift hor? ^^"

Girls night out..

Last night.. Wing kept nagging me... She wanted to go have some fancy dinner today... I kept saying no cause I dont wanna waste money.. Wanna earn money for my KL + HK + JAPAN trip.. Haha~ Since it was last minute and its Friday night.. Most of the popular restaurants are usually fully booked.. She wanted to eat Cha Cha Char.. And I said no cause it's impossible to book a table on Friday for Friday night... So went to Beach House instead.. Its a pub which serve steak..... We waited for Vicki who finishes her shift at 8pm...

Surf Turf.. Rump steak with Calamari.. Mushroom sauce..
T-bone Steak... Pepper sauce..
Rib Fillet with Mushroom Sauce..

Lastly.. What feedback and score would I give? 4/10...... Ambience good for drinking... Live band.. Food sucked... The steak I ate? Inside blardy nevermind... Outside burnt... Feel like eating coal more than steak......

3 girls + 1 guy night out...

Few weekends ago.. (I think its the 2nd week of uni..) Suddenly have the urge to eat steak.. Not just normal steak.. But I deserved a dame wonderful nice meal... Had been working like a cow non-stop for one whole week.. Uni + work... That whole week.. All I had was AJ's food and Mee Goreng... Then went to have Cha Cha Char with 2 girls and a guy? Who? Haha~ I'll reveal it at the end of my entry... LoL~ Always wanted to go try Cha Cha Char.. But didn't really have the chance to.. At last I got to try it~~ Pity I don't have a decent camera to take wonderful photos to make you droollllzzz... >.<

At the end.. I can't finish the last bit... Too huge... And I love the mushroom sauce by the way.. LoL~ The last bit was finished by the only guy... LoL~
Hot chocolate with mashmallow as our dessert~ Where are the mashmellow? Melted lo.... ^^ But it was yummy~
LoL~ A great meal with Vicki, Ivy and Alex.. Haha~ Weird group aye? Didn't really take photos of ourselves.. The lighting in Cha Cha Char was too dark...

Touched my heart..

Today.. Took a bus to the city.. Suppose to meet up with Vicki after her shift ends... And also visit Fang at work.. No class today.. Once I got on the bus.. And took a sit.. I realised the bus was quite packed with many old people.. Normally I wont feel anything cause I sometimes take buses with lotsa old man and ladies.. But today I felt different.. Why?

The next stop after my station is Mater Hill.. Where a huge hospital is.. An old man who was sitting next to me stood up at this stop... Look around.. And I saw another old lady who was sitting behind him stood up with a walking stick... The old man quickly gave her his hand.. Slowly guided her down the bus.. He walked down the steps.. Turned around and look back at his partner.. Giving her his hand.. Slowly guided her down.. And I saw him holding his hand and his bag... Leaving the station hand in hand.. How I wish I took photo of them.. That photo would surely touch your heart too.. You would be able to understand how touched I felt..

I felt so touched seeing this kinda situation... How nice would it be if everyone is like that.. Every couple is like that.. The divorce rate would not increase every year.. The whole process of the old man taking care of his partner really touched my heart.. Seeing an old couple walking hand in hand always put a smile on my face.. Looked sweet and touches my heart... ^^

I told my housemate about it.. She said guys will only be that caring at this kinda age.. Haha~ Well, I think it depends.. I believe a guy who loves God.. Would surely be as caring to be his partner no matter how old he is.. Of course this is only my opinion.. Not to offend other religion.. Maybe its because I have heard of too many stories of couples having 'wai yu' even at old age.. Felt kinda lost confidence on guys.. LoL~ But.. I trust that God will lead my path.. And I know that there is a brighter future in front of me.. I should be happy with what I have now and think of my career and let God choose a spiritual and soul mate for me whenever He thinks its suitble.. ^^ I trust that God loves me and loves everyone who loves and believes Him...

Chocolate Festival

Okie.. Let me start on my Chocolate Festival... Hehe~ Yeah~ Mine~ Cause I organised it~ LoL~ No larr~ Just because I love chocolate I no such 'call-e' to organise such interesting event.. LoL~ Xiao Yun, Shaun and I 'dated' to go to the chocolate festival ages ago and its here~ So we decided to go on Saturday... Okie.. Went there.. Nothing.. =.=" Just some Jazz music performance... LoL~ We were so pissed... But I did get to take lotsa nice photos on our way back in the Citycat.. Nice mou???

Okie.. Don't expect too much.. Its phone quality... Should praise me for such nice photos with a handphone.. :P

We had such a beh-song day so we decided to have a good meal in WAH.. A korean restaurant.. Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy the meal there cause they had actually changed chef and owner.. =.=" Prefer the old stingy owner.. Food tasted better..

The kimchi fried rice and seafood fried rice didn't taste right.. Rice was too sticky... Felt that my home made kimchi fried rice tasted better... LoL~ Okie.. I am too bossy.. :P

LoL~ At the end, we went again to the festival on Sunday.. For a chocolate lover like me.. Cant just give up on the chocolates right? ^^ We took the bus there like Saturday.. And on our way to the festival.. There were HUGE, GIGANTIC, ENORMOUS, LARGE pelicans around the jetty.. FYI.. We were walking along Brisbane river to the festival venue..That... Down there... Xiao Yun holding is mashmellow dipped with chili chocolate.. No.. I didn't taste it.. Cause I know it will taste weird and I wont like it and I don't even like to eat chili.. LoL~ Shaun fell into our trap though.. LoL~ There were LOTSSS of pretty decorations of chocolate gifts in this stall.. But I took this photo curi-ly.. They didn't welcome photographers like me.. LoL~ Scared we will steal their idea maybe?
Yesss..... This is the chocolate fondue that all chocolate lovers would surely adoreeee... ^^ And it was 50cents per strawberry... Oh my.. How I wish I could just lick from the fondue.. LoL~ Yeah.. We bought 12 stawberries... 4 for each of us.. Haha~ 2 whites, 3 milk and 8 darks... LoL~ They accidentally gave us 1 more~ ^^" Well.. At the end.. We couldnt finish them.. But thanks to Xiao Yun and Shaun on trying to clear em up~ LoL~Chocolate fudge store~ I bought one rum and raisin dark chocolate fudge.. But it didn't taste as nice as the one I had in Adelaide last year.. Sigh.. Missed it so much... Ying.. Please bring some for me~~Okie.. We are definitely having a happy, chocolaty, fattening and satisfying Sunday... Well... Its worth it~ You could see it from our happy and satisfied faces.. (Although Shaun looks kinda like a stranger who shouldn't be in the photo..) LoL~

After chocs, we went to Indoorooo and watched Mama Mia.. LoL~ Was too early for dinner... But after the movie.. It was kinda too late..

After movie, it was already about 8.30pm.. We went to Mindoro for dinner.. Because it will close down for good the next day.. We rushed there to have our last meal in Mindoro.. Xiao Yun never been to this Philipino-Spanish Restaurant before even though she had been passing by Mindoro for few years.. Haha~ And she regretted.. Cause the food was dameeeeeeeeee delicious~ Haha~ I had been there few times.. But of course.. No regrets even though too rush.. LoL~
